Flights are arranged through Charter Jet One, an air charter broker and not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by properly licensed FAR Part 135 direct air carriers or their foreign CAA equivalents.
Who is responsible for operating the flight?
The independent aircraft operator is responsible for the operation of the aircraft, including its crew and applicable operating requirements.
